Carmen M. Rosa is from San Diego, California. She is a professional nanny, a military veteran, and the mother of an adult son. After retiring from the Army, she earned a BA in Communications and a MS in Criminal Justice from Grand Canyon University. A believer in lifelong learning, and an avid foodie, she loves to learn about cultural cuisines and find new recipes to share with her loved ones. Carmen is also a believer in service to others and regularly lends her support to organizations that benefit those in need.
